  • Lack of Results: SEO and digital marketing outcomes can vary based on many factors. Lack of immediate results is not a valid reason for a refund. We provide strategic execution — not guaranteed rankings.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially delivered, a partial refund may be offered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed relative to the total scope of the project.

6. Processing Timelines

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days of submission.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 14 business days after confirmation, using the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and may be subject to further action to recover costs.
